A well-established, 30+ year manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team on FIRST SHIFT! This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable manufacturer that values quality, teamwork, and long-term employees. The Flexographic Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a Webtron 750 flexographic press, ensuring high-quality production, accurate color matching, and efficient press performance. TRAINING ON THIS SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED, BUT PREVIOUS FLEXOGRAPHIC SET UP AND OPERATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! In this role, the Flexographic Press Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Key responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, ensuring quality standards are met, troubleshooting, performing pre-press activities, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, the operator may assist in the coordination of schedules and materials to meet production deadlines. This is a full-time role - benefits and bonus are available! Qualifications Previous experience in flexographic printing (3+ YEARS) Basic mechanical and technical aptitude on a Flexographic machine Experience in Quality Control and Printing processes Knowledge of Pre-press procedures and preparation Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues promptly Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus Cleanliness and reliability is mandatory Overtime (Saturday's) as needed After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
