The Software Engineer will collectively own end-to-end development responsibility for a given feature and is responsible for end-to-end delivery and quality. Will work independently under limited supervision. The candidate will possess skills to effectively deal with issues and challenges within field of specialization to develop application solutions. The candidate will promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality. Provide technical support to team. Help the team in resolving technical issues. The candidate will work closely with Business Teams, Onshore partners, deployment, and infrastructure teams. The candidate will build, maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and be technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing. They will design, code and test the user stories committed for a sprint. Develop innovation, strategies, processes, and best practices. Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. Write object-oriented, clean, and maintainable code

This role is full-time onsite at our Eden Prairie, MN location.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development
  • Modify existing programs, prepare test data and functional specifications
  • Troubleshoot issues and solve problems, identify potential process improvement area
  • Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks
  • Test Automation of APIs and program/code at functional level and unit level
  • Frontend Development
  • Developing new user-facing features using React.js
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working on multiple layers of technology in Dot Net development, Microservices using Tech stack - ASP.NET Core, C#, Rest API/WebAPI, JSON, SQL/MSSQL, GitHub SCM, Agile Development
  • 8+ years of working experience of database (SQL or PL/SQL)
  • 8+ years of experience of development delivery in agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • 6+ years of experience of UI UX Development using ReactJS
  • 4+ years of experience with GITHUB and promote the code on different environments
  • 3+ years of working experience in DevOps: set up or maintenance of CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
  • 3+ years of working experience of software configuration management and packaging using automated deployment and release management tools
  • 2+ years of working experience in Multitenant Cloud application development / micro-services architecture and deployments
  • 2+ years of knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, oAuth 2.0
  • 2+ years of familiarity with RESTful APIs, Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIs
  • 2+ years of familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • 2+ years of solid proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • 2+ years of experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and React Tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme
  • 2+ years of In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
  • 2+ years of knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest
  • 2+ years of thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud: Working experience on Private cloud, Hybrid Cloud Model, Deep understanding on design principal of Cloud Architecture - (preferred AZURE)
  • Working experience on micro-services architecture/ API Designing / Data Streaming/ Messaging Architecting Solutions and deployments
  • Knowledge of Common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same
  • Working knowledge on Security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. SONAR, Whitehat, Webinspect)
  • Basic knowledge on Public Cloud, GITHUB Actions
  • Basic Understanding on CI/CD (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation) or maintenance, GITHUB, release management Using Jekins Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Proven good in Data Structure, Algorithms and Design Patterns
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills along with excellent design thinking and approach to solving business problems by applying suitable technologies (cost efficiency, high performance, resilience and scalable)
  • Proven ability to Write Unit Tests
  • Proven ability to Write Functional Automation Test cases for UI and API Both - Using Karate, Selenium/Cucumber, POSTMAN

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
