We're seeking a proactive and resourceful Manufacturing Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for our growing manufacturing teams in Anoka, Blaine and Dayton. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the talent needed to support our growing operations teams today and in the future.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Own fullcycle recruiting for highvolume hourly manufacturing roles, including operators, technicians, material handlers, and skilled trades.
- Manage the recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer extension.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by promoting the nVent employer brand through job fairs, community outreach, employee referrals, and digital sourcing channels.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals while providing guidance and market insight to hiring partners.
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics such as timetofill, start rates, and retention to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a highvolume hourly or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fastpaced, highdemand setting.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday), as well as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and job boards such as Indeed or LinkedIn.
- Experience with highvolume sourcing strategies and talent attraction methods. Ability to work onsite in a hybrid capacity and collaborate closely with manufacturing leaders as needed.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00
