Primary Function

Leads facility maintenance teams to ensure buildings, grounds, and utilities at a high-security facility are safe, operable, and compliant..

All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized. Actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission and values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise technicians performing preventive/corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and structural systems.

  • Plan and prioritize work orders, PM schedules, and vendor activities;maintainCMMS accuracy.

  • Ensure code compliance (OSHA/NFPA/IBC/IFC), lockout/tagout, and safe work practices.

  • Coordinate groundskeeping, snow/ice, pest control, and environmental services.

  • Manage inventory, tools, and parts;maintainsecure storage and chain-of-custody for keys and restricted areas.

  • Support inspections, audits, and emergency response (utility outages, severe weather).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with federal privacy standards.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain favorable background investigations

  • Meet the requirements of the contract for all immunizations.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, Resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.

  • 5+ years of facilities/O&M experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

  • Working knowledge of CMMS, PM programs, and life-safety systems.

  • Ability to read plans, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trade licenses/certifications (e.g., EPA 608, journeyman).

  • Experience in secure or critical infrastructure environments.

  • Bilingual preferred (Englis/Spanish)

  • Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher; has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

  • Must complete all required training

  • Ability to work in a secure facility andcomply withsecurity protocols.

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods andlift upto 25-35lbsas role requires.

  • Participate in drills and emergency responses as assigned.
