Overview

Responsible for leading the implementation of treasury, payment and other financial solutions to clients. This includes ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of services to maximize client satisfaction, utilization and operational efficiency. Responsible for assisting with complex sales of client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships through cross-selling. Helps determine client needs and assists the delivery of formal proposals, especially when such delivery needs the support of a product demonstration.


Responsibilities

  • Implementation Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute implementation plans for treasury, payment and other financial solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services. Manage project timelines and resources to meet client expectations. Engage in complex pre-onboarding discussions and manage cross-functional execution, timelines, and risk to ensure seamless delivery and activation readiness.
  • Sales - Assists in the sales process to existing and prospective banking relationships, and in support of complex product opportunities. Participates in pre-bid conferences, fact-gathering analysis, and follow-up calls to identify client needs. Identify cross-selling opportunities to refer to internal partners.
  • Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process. Address client concerns and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle. Works with client to ensure product adoption.. Support early post-live adoption and activation to ensure solutions deliver intended value.
  • Process Optimization and Documentation - Identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and propose solutions. Develop and maintain Delivery guides and best practice documentation. Collaborate with product teams to enhance product features based on implementation insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams, and outside vendors to ensure alignment on implementation objectives. Participate in internal meetings to share implementation insights and contribute to strategic planning. Support the development of implementation-related marketing materials and client communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in banking or financial institutions OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HOA, Hospitality and Customer Service (at least 5 years), Attention to detail, Treasury product knowledge, Implementation methodologies, Client training and Education, Technical troubleshooting, Strong understanding of treasury operations and payment systems implementation processes, Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting treasury and payment implementations, Able to travel up to 5%.
