Overview
Responsible for leading the implementation of treasury, payment and other financial solutions to clients. This includes ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of services to maximize client satisfaction, utilization and operational efficiency. Responsible for assisting with complex sales of client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships through cross-selling. Helps determine client needs and assists the delivery of formal proposals, especially when such delivery needs the support of a product demonstration. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in banking or financial institutions OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in banking or financial institutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HOA, Hospitality and Customer Service (at least 5 years), Attention to detail, Treasury product knowledge, Implementation methodologies, Client training and Education, Technical troubleshooting, Strong understanding of treasury operations and payment systems implementation processes, Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting treasury and payment implementations, Able to travel up to 5%.
