The position summary states the general nature and purpose of The
Contracts Administrator supports Smithfield's Legal and Strategic Sourcing teams by managing the full lifecycle of company contracts with precision, organization, and strategic focus. You will serve as the central coordinator for contract intake, review, routing, execution, and maintenance, ensuring all documents adhere to company policy and remain accurate, compliant, and easily accessible. In this role, you will partner closely with attorneys, sourcing professionals, and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, maintain contract records, support negotiations, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce risk across the enterprise. he job.
