At Precinmac, we manufacture missioncritical components for aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and advanced automation industries. If you thrive in a highprecision environment and have experience with 4axis horizontal mills and/or lathe/millturn machines, we want to meet you.

Multiple shifts available with 10%, 20%, and 30% differentials.

• Run CNC equipment including lathes, millturn, 3/4/5axis mills

• Set up, load parts, prove programs, adjust offsets, and perform edits

• Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and specifications

• Inspect work using precision measurement tools and make corrections as needed

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic machine PM

• Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams

• HS diploma/GED; machining training or 2+ years CNC experience

• Experience machining mediumtohigh complexity parts

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding

• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators; CMM experience a plus

• Ability to follow instructions, adapt to change, and run multiple machines

• Solid math skills and knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies
