Digital Print Technician

Position: Digital Print Technician

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Pay: Up to $29.68/hr.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Print Technician to support our printing department by managing production, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality output. This role is ideal for candidates with digital printing experience, technical aptitude, and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-speed, production-level printers to produce forms, letters, manuals, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
• Monitor print jobs and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Perform basic printer maintenance, including cleaning, replacing toner, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• Inspect variable data print jobs for accuracy and proper formatting.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure all printed materials meet standards.
• Enter production and inventory data into computerized print management systems.
• Order, distribute, and maintain printing supplies to support department operations.
• Support administrative tasks as assigned within the printing department.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital printing or related field.
• Background in graphic design preferred.
• Technical skills for operating multi-functional printers and software devices.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment independently.
