Position: Distribution Center Supervisor

Location: Monroe Township, NJ

Pay: $26 - $37 per hour

Schedule: 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily operations within a high-volume parts distribution center (PDC). This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring performance goals are met through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide direct supervision to distribution center personnel to ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Monitor inbound shipments, outbound orders, and inventory movement to meet performance targets.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Conduct daily operational audits and performance reviews to ensure best practices and compliance.
  • Manage employee performance including coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
  • Allocate resources and staffing to meet daily warehouse volume and operational goals.
  • Supervise inventory control activities, including cycle counts, parts inspections, and dealer returns.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Distribution Center Manager, internal teams, and external customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Support space planning, workflow improvements, and process optimization within the warehouse.
  • Assist with budget planning, operational reporting, and inventory accuracy initiatives.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and solve operational challenges.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
