Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Johns Creek, GA

Pay: $26 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (occasional overtime and weekends)

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support building maintenance, equipment installation, and facility systems operations in a professional production environment. This role helps ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace by maintaining critical facility systems and supporting engineering and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor controlled environment rooms, performing daily checks on temperature, humidity, and static pressure.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems to ensure proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including replacing HEPA prefilters, lighting, and related system components.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot facility equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate the installation of equipment and supporting utilities, including plumbing, electrical, ventilation, DI water, and vacuum systems.
• Support third-party service providers and maintenance contractors during repairs or system upgrades.
• Assist with office and equipment relocations within the facility.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and maintenance documentation.
• Participate in safety, engineering, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Support preventive maintenance work orders for production equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, facility management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience planning and ordering maintenance materials and supplies.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to learn new systems and maintenance software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
