Position: Process Engineer

Location: Newington, NH

Salary: Up to $90,000 + Bonus | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing process procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate existing processes, perform feasibility studies, cost analyses, and recommend process improvements to enhance quality, throughput, and safety.
  • Lead process verification, validation, and capability studies for new and existing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, and Program Management to ensure production readiness.
  • Monitor quality data and drive enhancements using structured methodologies like DMAIC or 8D.
  • Support engineering change requests and document control activities.
  • Engage directly with production floor personnel to implement processes and optimize material flow.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related Engineering field.
  • 3-5 years of Process Engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with document control systems, engineering change orders, and process validation.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Hands-on, motivated, and able to work in dynamic environments.



Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work indoors/outdoors.
  • Must pass a "Fit for Duty" physical exam and follow all safety protocols.
