This position processes and maintains all aspects of the supplier master database and required reporting responsibilities.

This position is full-time, hourly.



Responsibilities

    Audit paperwork prior to creating or updating supplier records within the ERP, ensuring completeness and compliance while following policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Audit financial sanctions for Medicare compliance against OFAC, OIG & SAM files.
  • Monitor JPMorgan SUA payments are being processed, making updates as necessary.
  • Responsible for 1099 reporting and reporting taxable fringe benefits to payroll.
  • Responsible for escheatment, including compliance with applicable state regulations.
  • Owner of supplier email, providing accurate and timely customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain procedural and training documentation.
  • Review an output of AP and training around supplier requirements.
  • Participate in strategic, technical, and business process projects of varying scale and duration.
  • Proactively identify issues and suggest process improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years processing complex accounts payable, supplier master, and 1099 reporting experience.
  • Experience in automated ERP system.
  • Able to exercise good judgment, attention to detail, and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload with minimal direction.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability.
  • 1099 and fringe benefit reporting experience.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • PeopleSoft experience.
  • 6 years overall Accounts Payable experience, with supplier database management experience.
  • Escheatment knowledge and processing.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $29.77 to $42.39 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

Although Fred Hutch is not sponsoring most H-1B visas at this time, candidates who already hold an H-1B sponsored by another organization and are currently in the U.S. may be eligible for this position.

This is a full-time, hourly position.
