Job Description:

The Treasury Department has internal opportunities available for Treasury Collection Specialist in the Cedar Falls, IA office.

As a Collection Specialist you will be responsible for locating and establishing contact with consumers, obtaining financial information, and analyzing the best resolution for each consumer. To succeed you must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment. Job Details:

• Blended shift of 4days from 8AM - 4:30PMand 1 evening shift from 10:30AM - 7PM

• Hybrid work from home/ in office schedules once fully trained and meeting productivity standards.

• Minimum starting wage is $17.74/hour + up to an additional $5.09/hour health and welfare benefit depending on which benefits you select + monthly commission potential!

Job Requirements:

• Must havethe ability to obtain security clearance necessary to work as a TreasuryCollection Specialist

• No written warnings in the last 6 months

• Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer

• Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations

• Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company

• Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions
