Job Title: Warehouse Purchasing Agent System requires web browser Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Location: Bethlehem PA Job Type: Full-Time hourly Travel: 1% Salary: Hourly rate: $22.00-25.00 per hour, Medical & Dental Benefits, Life & Disability Benefits, 401(k), Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays. Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements: Utilize Inventory Control System to enter incoming/outgoing commonly used parts & supplies, create daily reports and analyze supply levels Verify physical inventory of commonly used parts and supplies Purchase project specific supplies and materials Establish and Manage Standing Sales Orders for supplies, services Manage incoming purchase requisitions from field personnel Enter purchase releases, proof of deliveries and monitor vendor invoicesBrandenburg's internal purchasing database Education / Experience: Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 2 years work experience, Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word and Excel), Candidates must also have the ability to complete assigned tasks, work independently to attain deadlines and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Regular and predictable performance Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift in all weather conditions Agility, bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces Blood lead level below 25 micrograms / deciliter System requires web browser Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
