Pay rate:$15- $16.48 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Description:

Hours M-F, 8-5. No OT expected.

Top 3 Must Haves:
-High Keystrokes per hour
-Attention to detail
-Experience with Excel

Summary: Operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data. Typically has a high school diploma and experience with data entry or customer service. Skills include documentation skills and time management.

Education/Experience:
-High School Diploma or GED required
-5-7 years related experience required

Responsibility level:
-Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills:
-Verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal skills (Required)
-Ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)
-Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information (Required)
-Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
-Previous experience with computer applications, such as MSWord and Excel (Required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and approve warranty claims, enter RIDs into our GOMS system, and enter data in specific data fields.
• This position will also be responsible for procuring the unload receive reports daily and scanning them to a folder for the customer service team.
• This person should also be familiar with warehouse safety standards as they will be walking in the warehouse and be required to wear steel toed shoes and other safety gear.
• There are available carts that the person can be trained to operate, but if the carts are not available this person will have to walk in the warehouse daily to get the reports.
• Candidate does not have to wear steel toed shoes in the office- only when they are in the warehouse.
