Inside the Role Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. Interns must work in accordance with DTNA's core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June. The PSM team is focused on aligning multiple project groups to a single, cohesive vision and timeline. By coordinating across departments and deliverables, we ensure clarity, transparency, and consistent progress. Our work helps each project stay on track and achieve its target milestones. The primary focus of this intern role will be to help define how we measure the migration progress in a sustainable and scalable way beyond today's approach of the small circle and excel file. The intern will: Support building a project foundation: creating the structure, documentation, and repeatable workflows for a small cross-functional team to leverage for consistent reporting Aid in the development of a dynamic reporting view to show project status for enabling downstream teams to start work Support cross-functional alignment by helping document roles, processes and timelines Posting Information* We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. Benefits include: Professional development and networking events, including resume reviews/mock interviews Housing and transportation stipend Employee resource groups Event ticket offering (based on corporate availability) Company social events What You Drive at DTNA Create detailed process playbooks outlining step-by-step procedures that are comprehensive and user-friendly Support developing project KPIs and how to measure the project's progress Support adapting and communicating visual aidesand graphics for progress tracking Support the facilitation of cross-functional alignment for progress tracking Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs Knowledge You Should Bring Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June) Experience using data visualization tools Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Etc) Experience with Task Management Tools (Microsoft Planner, Trello, etc) Analytical problem solving skills Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and change Strong oral and written communication skills Solid organizational skills Creative mindset Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Interest in the the automotive/trucking field #LI-Hybrid Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Portland, OR US.
