Overview

We're looking for a Tech Platform Ops Analyst to support the stability, reliability, and daytoday operations of our core technology and data platforms. You'll work closely with business users, engineering teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, maintain data quality, and keep critical workflows running smoothly.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

    Responding to enduser questions, troubleshoot issues,
  • Monitor systems and data marts, proactively communicating system or data status to partners.
  • Research and resolve both technologyrelated and dataquality issues across supported platforms.
  • Perform data mining and build/maintain reports to support operational and analytical needs.
  • Develop and run SQL scripts to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill adhoc information requests.
  • Participate in testing and qualityassurance activities for platform changes, enhancements, or deployments.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, paired with clear, effective verbal and written communication. Brings a professional, serviceoriented approach to engaging with business application users and delivering highquality support.
  • Ability to be a bridge between technical and non-technical partners
  • Bachelor's degree (technologyrelated field preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
  • Experience working within technology, data, or platform operations environments, supporting issue investigation and user requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SQL experience
  • Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income and stable value products.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (Tableau / Power BI), and workflow tools (PowerApps)
  • Experience with RFP/DDQ data collection.
  • Knowledge of ePAM, Vermilion Reporting Suite, SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with Excel macros, VBA, and .net

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
