We are seeking a detail-orientedJunior Business Analyst with Power BI experienceto support data-driven decision making across the organization. In this role, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizingPower BI reports, dashboards, and data modelswhile helping ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and reporting performance.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data engineers to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decisions. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoysdata analysis, business intelligence tools, and solving business problems through analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI & Data Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and enhancePower BI dashboards and reportsto support business operations and leadership reporting.

  • Build and maintainPower BI semantic models and data models, including handling complex relationships.

  • WriteDAX measures and calculated columnsto support analytical reporting.

  • Design and optimizedata visualizationsthat communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.

  • Work with large datasets to ensureperformance optimization and efficient data refresh processes.

Data Management & Integration

  • Connect and integrate data from multiple sources such asdatabases, ERP systems, APIs, and data warehouses.

  • Assist indata transformation using Power Query (M language).

  • Validate and ensuredata quality, consistency, and governance standards.

System & Infrastructure Support

  • Assist with maintainingdata infrastructure, reporting servers, and BI platforms.

  • Support the monitoring ofscheduled refreshes, batch processes, and data pipelines.

  • Help design and maintainbackup and recovery proceduresfor reporting datasets.

  • Provide operational and technical support for BI tools and related systems.

Business Collaboration

  • Work with business users togather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Support troubleshooting ofdata discrepancies, report issues, and system performance challenges.

  • Documentdata models, reporting logic, and technical processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inInformation Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • 0-2 years of experiencein data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.

  • Experience withMicrosoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX, dashboards, and data modeling).

  • Basic understanding ofSQL and relational databases.

  • Familiarity withdata warehouse concepts and ETL processes.

  • Understanding ofdata governance and security principlesis a plus.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $63,830.00 and $93,621.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
