• 2 years of proven experience recruiting formanufacturing, warehouse, or production roles.
• Experience usingADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• BilingualEnglish/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and production positions including machine operators, assemblers, forklift operators, quality control, and warehouse staff.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and onboarding processes usingADPsystems.
• Process new hires, employee records, and documentation through ADP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring procedures, and labor regulations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified manufacturing candidates.
• Communicate regularly with clients and hiring managers regarding staffing needs and candidate status.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
