Job Summary

Coordinate the research being done in Dr Nasser's Human Eating Behavior Laboratory

This position is grant-funded; employment is contingent upon the continued availability of those funds.

Essential Functions



  • Screening of participants for studies
  • Scheduling participant visits
  • Maintaining research results database
  • Responding to potential participant recruitment inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Nutrition
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with new people on a regular basis
  • Organized and able to maintain organization of laboratory activities
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel and SPSS spreadsheets
  • Comfortable learning to use Bioimpedance, scale and DXA instruments
  • Masters in Nutrition or Psychology
  • 3 years of clinical research

  • Typically sitting at a desk/table
  • Typically standing, walking

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
