Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business. Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution. Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed. Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Requirements: What You Bring to Connection: A strong drive to succeed. Excellent communication skills.
