Spectrum's Talent Team is searching for a skilled professional to manage recruitment coordinators and develop processes for a high-volume Talent Acquisition team. Your knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes will drive efficient hiring practices that build our workforce and propel Spectrum forward.

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team of recruiting coordinators in the completion of their day- to -day activities. You'll manage the responsiveness, productivity, efficiency, and quality of recruiting coordinator workflow to ensure consistent and efficient support is provided to field recruiting. You'll report directly to the TA Operations Team Manager. It's a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.

WHAT OUR TALENT ACQUISITIONOPERATIONS SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST

  • Assisting in compiling and reviewing metrics and reports
  • Managing coordinator scheduling and workflow
  • Providing performance feedback and coaching to coordinators
  • Recommending solutions and process improvements based on analysis of feedback
  • Identifying coordinator performance issues and working with your manager to design, implement and administer performance improvement plans
  • Managing the interview and selection process for
  • Recruiting Coordinator positions
  • Managing and delivers training and on-boarding for newly hired coordinators

You'll serve as the subject matter expert in applicant tracking system and recruitment processes. Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in a Recruiting Coordinator and/or other recruitment/Human Resources roles.
  • 1+ year using Microsoft Office 365, HR Systems, experience with applicant tracking systems

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of recruiting coordinator function and/or recruitment processes

Skills:

  • Project management skills.
  • Practical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

Abilities:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.
  • Can interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.

Travel Ability: Onsite Office environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior ATS experience preferred (iCIMS)
    5 years supervisory or leadership esperience
