We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to independently navigate the full lifecycle of complex programs, extending your influence beyond immediate teams. **What You'll Do:**

As a Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind strategic programs, independently managing their entire lifecycle from inception to optimization. You will orchestrate complex activities, develop robust systems for continuous improvement, and expertly guide stakeholders through change, ensuring successful outcomes and sustained growth.

* Independently author comprehensive program charters, meticulously detailing scope, timelines, objectives and key results (OKRs), resourcing, risks, and dependencies for advanced programs.

* Craft detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, incorporating risk assessments, dependency management, and clear visibility into program constraints.

* Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with program stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and optimizing team roles and responsibilities.

* Proactively manage program escalations in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and alignment.

* Design and implement predictable program communication plans, tailored to various stakeholder types, and represent the program team across diverse touchpoints.

* Execute essential change management requirements identified by stakeholders, developing comprehensive rollout plans, including impact analysis.

* Monitor the progress of change management initiatives, actively resolving any misalignments to ensure smooth transitions.

* Independently determine and collect necessary data to effectively execute and govern programs, maintaining meticulous project trackers and status reports.

* Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies while embedding values of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and upholding brand trust and reputation.

* Define robust program governance structures, ensuring effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and facilitate productive program team meetings.

* Determine program phasing and key metrics that drive continuous improvement, including Resource Stewardship, in close collaboration with stakeholders.

* Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and clear rationale for any program pivots.

**What You'll Bring:**

* **Proficiency in Team Management:** Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and optimize program teams.

* **Expertise in Communications Management (PgM/TPM):** Skilled in designing and executing targeted communication strategies for diverse audiences.

* **Strong Capabilities in Managing Organizational Change (PgM/TPM):** Proven experience in developing and implementing change management plans and resolving misalignments.

* **Exceptional Stakeholder Management (PgM/TPM):** Ability to build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and facilitate effective decision-making.

* **Advanced Planning Skills (PgM/TPM):** Capacity to author charters, create detailed project plans, and manage complex program elements.

* **Solid Technical Judgment (TPM):** Ability to understand and apply technical considerations within program management.

* **Proficiency in Execution and Governance (PgM/TPM):** Demonstrated ability to drive program tasks, manage dependencies, define governance structures, and conduct effective meetings.

* **Experience in Portfolio Management (PgM/TPM):** Understanding of managing multiple related programs to achieve strategic objectives.

* **Commitment to Continuous Improvement (PgM/TPM):** Ability to define metrics, establish checkpoints, and drive optimization.

* **User Understanding and Empathy:** A deep appreciation for user needs and perspectives in program design and execution.
