Director of Capture Management Job Locations

Position Summary The Director of Capture Management is a senior growth leader responsible for driving disciplined, high-impact capture strategies across large, complex Defense pursuits. Unlike a player-coach role, this position is not responsible for holding individual captures, but instead for leading, developing, and enabling a team of Capture Managers. This leader provides strategic oversight, capture governance, competitive insight, and executive guidance from early shaping through proposal submission. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Capture Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
