Responsibilities The OHH Epic Revenue Cycle Trainer will partner with leadership to create Epic revenue cycle curriculum (including Patient Access functions and Business Office teams), lead in-person training or virtual classroom sessions, provide support during upgrades, and maintain proficiency in specific Epic modules for optimal user workflows. They will create a process to ensure all documentation is reviewed for accuracy and relevance at least annually. The Trainer will be responsible for maintaining continuity in training resources among each team, and ensure they are in a centrally located spot for reference. They will conduct all new-hire EPIC onboarding as well as continuing education for all team members. The position will work with leadership in identifying gaps/opportunities for additional training and participate in process improvement functions, including quality reviews to identify additional educational opportunities. They will also conduct education for surrounding teams as required. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or instructional design is preferred, or experience in lieu of education. Epic training certification required. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of Epic experience as well as corporate training and/or healthcare revenue cycle. Must have a strong working knowledge of hospital billing workflows. Specialized Focus: Certification in Resolute HB, Resolute PB, SBO, Cadence, and Prelude. Must understand Resolute Hospital Billing (HB), Physician Billing (PB), and Patient Access functions with a strong working knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle.
