Job Summary: As an Intern, Partnerships, you will develop your knowledge in partnership taxation through assisting in preparation of various partnership specific items including but not limited to 704(b) and Taxable income allocations, 704(b) and Tax Capital Account maintenance, liability analysis and allocations, and Tax Receivable Agreement calculations. In this role the Intern, Partnerships will have the opportunity to utilize their educational background while working with more experienced team members who will provide direction and coaching related to a range of partnership taxation issues. As a team member, you will support BDO's clients both directly and through support of other BDO client service teams. Job Duties: Tax Compliance
