Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Gather and collect data from multiple and varied internal and external sources, such as performance reports, benchmarks, market research, transactions volumes, etc.
  • Analyze collected data and place into a format easily understood by others
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams and the digital team to interpret data trends and patterns as they relate to digital banking, determine areas of improvement in relation to data
  • Ensure digital procedures are kept current, including daily maintenance of the digital systems; evaluate existing operational procedures for efficiency improvements.
  • Tackle multiple projects, aggressive deadlines, competing priorities and a broad stakeholder audience.
  • Exception management of digital bots and quality assurance testing.
  • Navigate multiple systems to professionally perform service tasks with a high degree ofaccuracy.Maintain understanding of all digital processes and systems including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, and Online Account Opening.
  • Develop and implement training resources for all digital channels

Qualifications:

Education Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred but not required

Minimum Experience

  • 3-5 years of banking experience; digital banking experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills (Microsoft Office 360) is required, specifically Excel.

  • Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft's suite of office products, such as excel, Word, PPT, etc.
  • Knowledge of SouthState's internal systems a plus.

  • Self-starter
  • According to industry standards, be proficient in all SouthState's digital processes and systems including Online, Mobile and Digital Payments
  • Skilled at monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing account activity
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Power BI preferred

  • Office: This position reports to a physical Company location, and the setting will be a typical office environment.
  • Remote or hybrid: For remote or hybrid positions, a secure and distraction-free setting is required, with a reliable internet connection (cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable). Hybrid positions will report to a physical Company location, as directed by the manager, and that setting will be a typical office environment.
