In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with teams across the value stream to audit processes, identify inefficiencies, mitigate risks, and drive improvements. Your solutions to key issues will transform how teams operate.

To be successful, stakeholders should see you as a dependable source for suggesting quantifiable, ISO 9001-compliant solutions that deliver enduring impact, even as you advance to new challenges.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality systems, such as defect rates, compliance scores, and improvement initiative ROI to inform leadership decisions
  • Raise the bar by deploying data-driven improvements across the site, ensuring all elements of solution delivery are planned for and accounted (e.g., business analysis through validation, training, and change management)
  • Collaborate with engineers to refine systems, provide feedback on system and process iterations and gaps, and support risk assessment activities like PFMEA
  • Coordinate with OEMs, service providers, and internal stakeholders to schedule equipment calibration and downtime
  • Manage multiple action items across all departments and systems while aligning stakeholder expectations and generating consensus on changes

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in physical sciences or engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality systems, preferably in high-volume or startup environments
  • Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail; demonstrated track record of initiative, delivering results, and adaptability; willingness to learn, grow, and take the driver's seat
  • Must have command of English language, both written and verbal communication skills to manage and communicate the health and integrity of the quality management system; comfortable with making decisions with incomplete information
  • Proficiency in tools and business applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data (Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira); preferred: working knowledge of Power Automate
  • Preferred: Project management experience; familiarity with quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, CP); ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor
