GENERAL FUNCTION

The Store Operations Manager will be responsible for leading process improvement and operational efficiency within all North America retail stores for Oliver Peoples, Ray-Ban, Persol, Optical Shops of Aspen, and Alain Mikli. This individual will develop and optimize processes for New Store, Relocation, and Remodel (NRR) activities, build cross-functional relationships with corporate, field, and vendor partners to proactively evolve processes and prevent reoccurring opportunities in execution, manage and lead maintenance related initiatives to maximize efficiency, increase profits, and drive consistency of store environment to achieve business goals and objectives, and develop insights and bring forward opportunities to improve the in-store customer experience

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Innovate and execute approved strategies, ensuring appropriate initiative prioritization for NRR projects
  • Monitor service levels by all partners to ensure NRR processes adhered to by all involved parties to deliver flawless stores that meet all brand standards
  • Ensure Field Leadership/Store Teams are adequately prepared to fulfill all duties of their role in the NRR process
  • Establish processes and tools to efficiently analyze overall effectiveness of current processes, and track feedback from the Field to generate improvements in future projects and initiatives
  • Escalate all concerns to appropriate cross-functional partners as issues surface in NRR process, and establish high level of accountability by each owner for timely resolution
  • Manage responsibilities in maintaining store database changes surrounding NRR activity and providing data/pictures to corporate partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to effectively manage special projects to ensure best-in-class operational execution, reduce expenses, and drive results
  • Partner with Store Communications and Operations team to prioritize key dates and deliverables on projects that impact in-store execution
  • Partner with Maintenance team to ensure all requests are completed appropriately to maintain the Store fleet, with accountability to the fiscal budget
  • Track maintenance work order status againLHBst key milestones and recommend process changes to improve service levels
  • Lead Operations for the Oliver Peoples corporate office in West Hollywood, CA
  • Provide support to Field Leadership / Store teams as needed


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in retail Store Operations and/or project management experience
  • Highly organized with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in ambiguity using sound judgment and critical thinking/strategic skills to provide innovative solutions
  • Ability to influence/negotiate and hold others accountable
  • Change agent/highly adaptable
  • Passion for consistent and disciplined execution with the high attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills including team building and management skills
  • Working knowledge of store operations, POS systems and Associates
  • Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience working in a retail store is a plus
  • Construction industry knowledge


Pay Range:90,327.90-139,498.20
