Job Description

The Manager, Creative and Video Strategy sets creative direction and leads a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic designers, web designers and videographers, ensuring visual and multimedia content is aligned to business priorities and brand strategy. This role provides strategic oversight into video and creative execution, owns brand standards and evolution, and partners closely with our external advertising agency to ensure consistency, integration and quality across channels. Partners closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, the Lead ensures creative excellence, consistency, and integration across all channels while evolving brand standards and introducing cutting-edge practices.

  • You will guide and refine brand strategy and standards to align with business goals and market positioning.
  • You will ensure consistent, highquality brand execution across all BOK Financial touchpoints.
  • You will drive video storytelling for both internal and external audiences.
  • You will oversee creative direction for digital, social, print, and multimedia campaigns to support marketing objectives.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in creative strategy including substantial time in a digital creative or UX role, leadership, and execution with 5+ years leading a creative team with digital UX responsibilities, or a combination of equivalent work-related experience.

  • Ability to set and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with business priorities and drives brand impact.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and identity management.
  • Proven capability to lead, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Expertise in video storytelling, production workflows and live broadcast technologies, with experience scaling video content across platforms.
  • Skilled at translating business objectives into creative strategies and introducing new tools, technologies and best practices.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with external advertising agencies to ensure alignment, integration and quality across campaigns.
  • In-depth experience across websites, advertising, social, video, print and email design.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools and digital platforms.
  • Ability to maintain and evolve brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and diplomacy.
