Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Minimum 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and material handling processes
• Valid driver's license required (may operate company vehicle upon hire)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and meet deadlines
• Frequent walking throughout a large facility
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, lifting)
• Exposure to warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures
• Required use of PPE, including steel-toe shoes
• Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed

What You'll Do:

• Deliver and stock materials at customer sites and point-of-use (POU) areas
• Ensure accurate shipments and inventory levels based on purchase orders
• Load, restock, and maintain vending machines and inventory cabinets
• Scan barcodes to generate orders and maintain inventory tracking systems
• Monitor min/max levels and reorder points, recommending adjustments based on usage
• Follow orders from warehouse pick-up through delivery and setup
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
