Business Development Manger

Responsibilities:

• Qualify and develop active, viable pipelines through targeting prospects and initiating contact using various methods of sales lead generation
• Develop and execute individual sales plans to meet personal and company sales objectives
• Manage, support and develop relationships and growth opportunities within new accounts
• Establish appropriate sales targets and individuals within prospect companies and potential clients
• Maintain consistent outreach activities targeting prospects
• Provide market feedback and industry trends
• Build partnerships and strong working relationships with internal Baird team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Work with sales team to transition new accounts where appropriate

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, with an emphasis on POP displays or packaging sales
• Experience working within a display or packaging company environment preferable
• Strong, aggressive sales and prospecting abilities
• Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients
• Ability to work across multiple Baird Display project teams and across Green Bay Packaging divisions
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
• Reports to Senior Director, Sales & Marketing
• This position offers a base salary with a commission structure. Commission payments are distributed on a monthly basis.
