Work Schedule: This is a part-time, 70% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 3:30pm - 9:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tuesdays from 3:00pm - 9:00pm. Holiday rotation required. We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to: Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
