In this role, you aren't just a "coder"; you are a Technical Founder within a Pod. You will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, using AI as a force multiplier to shorten the distance between a "Problem Statement" and a "Production-Ready Solution." You will lead the technical vision for your pod, leaning into ambiguity and shifting your focus from "how many lines of code" to "how much business value" we are delivering. If you are an engineer who thrives on "vibe coding," agent orchestration, and building modular, scalable systems at the speed of thought, this role is for you.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Development: Design and implement responsive frontend components and robust backend logic that meet high performance and accessibility baselines.

• Agentic Orchestration: Utilize AI coding agents to accelerate delivery by 30-40%, shifting your focus toward defining intent, refining prompts, and validating agentic outputs.

• Automated Quality & Security: Own the testing lifecycle by writing automated unit, integration, and E2E tests for your own code, ensuring high completeness and quality through AI-assisted frameworks.

• Architectural Collaboration: Participate in prototype reviews and conduct high-level technical feasibility scans early in the PDLC to ensure modular, scalable, and cost-aware system designs.

• Entrepreneurial Iteration: Partner with Product Definers to rapidly build, test, and iterate on MVPs, using data-driven insights to refine solutions for real-world customer impact.

• Documentation & Oversight: Leverage AI to generate and maintain high-quality technical documentation, READMEs, and API docs based on code commits and architectural decisions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience owning complex production systems from end-to-end.

• Full-stack proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks such as Python, React, and AWS/Azure.

• Mastery of AI programming tools and methodologies, including Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI.

• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design modular architectures and understand complex software interdependencies.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in a "Technical Founder" or lead role within an entrepreneurial or startup environment.

• Active involvement in the AI community or personal side projects involving agent orchestration.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead self-directed execution in async-first environments.
