Mission: Quantum is seeking a Data/Intelligence Analyst to support highly specialized Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) data management, analysis, and visualization efforts. Provide highly specialized Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) data management, analysis, and visualization expertise in support of Geographic and Functional Combatant Commands and agencies, as directed. The technical support areas (TSA) include but are not limited to concepts, architectures, ontologies, logical topologies, data acquisition, data management, and data visualization. This position is permanently located at the USASMDC Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO and will not migrate to Huntsville, AL. The Data /Intelligence Analyst will develop and implement data strategies using various data sources to support quantitative and qualitive content analytics. The analyst will construct and perform complex database search queries in multiple databases and Application Programming Interfaces utilizing Python and other applicable computer languages. The analyst should have experience and knowledge of computer science concepts, data architecture, intelligence practice, and managing data in a big-data environment. The data analyst will contribute to building new analytical tools and packages across the enterprise and will be expected to collaborate with team members and subject matter experts in a highly technical environment and process the ability to communicate technical findings to a non-technical audience. Special emphasis; data curation in support of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) Common Intelligence Feed (CIF) and data visualization in support of the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
