Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a higher education location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with students, staff, and visitors while reporting concerns and supporting campus operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an educational location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, common spaces, and exterior grounds to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas by checking identification and/or authorization as required, assisting with directions, and reporting suspicious activity through established communication channels.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports, and coordinate with site representatives and local first responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
