We're looking for a hands-on AI Developer who can rapidly prototype, validate, and scale AI solutions.
You'll pair with engineers daily, work closely with product leaders, and drive LLM/GenAI solutions from PoC to production.

What You'll Do:
Design, build, and deploy AI/ML tools and systems
Rapidly iterate on PoCs with product stakeholders
Champion AI engineering best practices and code quality standards

Ideal Candidate:
Strong ML fundamentals with practical GenAI experience (RAG, fine-tuning, vector stores, agentic frameworks)
Data-driven, inquisitive, and an excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable owning both experimentation and productization

Technical Skills:
Python (advanced, 6+ years) - APIs, pipelines, AI orchestration
LLMs - prompting patterns, structured outputs, RAG architecture, vector search, hallucination mitigation, safety/guardrails
Agentic & MCP - multi-agent workflows (planner/executor/reviewer), MCP server design, A2A patterns
Data - SQL/SQL Server, data access pattern design
Cloud - MS Azure / MS Fabric preferred
Observability - logging, tracing, prompt monitoring, drift detection (e.g., Datadog)
Tooling - GitHub Copilot, Git

Requirements
6+ years Python development
3-4+ years AI/ML project experience with a focus on production delivery
