Job Overview The role of Senior Manager, Pricing is a strategic one, responsible for shaping pricing strategies and priorities across multiple businesses, encompassing both stores and online. This position reports to the Director of Pricing and involves close collaboration to ensure the overall alignment of pricing strategies. The Senior Manager, Pricing professional plays a pivotal role in offering insights that guide pricing strategies, aiming to capitalize on business opportunities and enhance profitability across diverse business sectors. Operating at the intersection of various functions, the Senior Pricing Manager interfaces with multiple Divisional Merchandise Managers (DMMs) and business leaders within their assigned business area. An essential aspect of this role is the ability to establish trust and wield influence with merchants. Collaboration extends to partnering with teams in Marketing, Financial Planning, Technology, and Stores to guarantee a cohesive approach. Beyond driving sales and formulating future strategies, the Senior Pricing role encompasses a commitment to identifying and implementing process improvements for the broader pricing and merchant team. This holistic approach ensures efficiency and effectiveness in the pricing and business growth initiatives.
