About the Role:

The Analyst Sr Lead, Business Systems Analysis provides senior leadership for the enterprise AI-powered Digital Employee Experience (AI DEX). This role shapes and enables the rollout of AI-driven employee experiences that improve productivity, decision-making, and engagement at scale.

Partnering with HR, Technology, Data, Security, and Product teams, this position translates business needs into AI-enabled digital solutions. The role connects workforce strategy to platform capabilities to ensure solutions are employee-centric, scalable, secure, and aligned with FIS standards and governance.

What you will be doing:

AI Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Rollout Leadership

  • Drive the enterprise AI Digital Employee Experience rollout, including AI-enabled tools such as copilots, conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and personalized employee experiences.

  • Lead business analysis across the AI DEX lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, pilot delivery, adoption measurement, and ongoing optimization.

Business Systems Analysis & Solution Design

  • Elicit, analyze, and document complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI-enabled systems and digital platforms.

  • Define future-state processes that embed AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve employee experience outcomes.

  • Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support agile delivery and product-based execution.

  • Assess downstream impacts, including data, process, compliance, risk, and change-management considerations.

AI Enablement, Adoption & Governance

  • Enable responsible AI adoption by ensuring requirements align with FIS AI governance, data privacy, security, and risk management practices.

  • Define success measures and KPIs to track adoption, usage, experience outcomes, and realized business value.

  • Partner with change management and learning teams to build AI literacy, user enablement, and sustainable adoption across the workforce.

  • Monitor emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance the digital employee experience.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Advise senior leaders on how AI-powered digital experiences support workforce strategy and business outcomes.

  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align on AI use cases, priorities, and solution designs.

  • Mentor business analysts, promoting strong analysis practices and AI-aware solution design.

What you will need:

Business Analysis & Delivery

  • Extensive experience in business systems analysis within large, complex enterprise environments.

  • Strong background in requirements management, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience working in agile, product-based, or hybrid delivery models.

AI & Digital Experience Capabilities

  • Experience delivering or supporting AI-enabled digital solutions (e.g., generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, analytics-driven personalization).

  • Working knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI) and the ability to apply them to business problems.

  • Ability to define AI-specific requirements, including data inputs/outputs, performance expectations, and user experience considerations.

  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and ethical considerations for enterprise AI usage.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.

Added Bonus if you have:

  • Experience supporting HR technology, digital workplace platforms, or employee experience initiatives.

  • Exposure to AI governance, workforce analytics, or internal digital transformation programs.

  • Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments.
