The Project Manager will promote increased adoption of Agile methodologies across a large portfolio of projects. The Project Manager will leverage Agile and Jira expertise, applying best practices across the program while managing projects and workflows, creatively solving problems, tracking work items, and identifying and implementing continuous process improvement opportunities to mature the program.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile frameworks, principles, and best practices to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Configure and optimize Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, and automations to enhance visibility and execution.

  • Develop comprehensive, executive-level dashboards that provide essential Agile information to program leadership.
  • Manage IT projects using Agile methodologies, including planning timelines, coordinating resources, and tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Partner with technical and program leadership to track work, identify risks, resolve issues, and implement continuous process improvements that advance Agile maturity.
