Job Description Guest Experience Coordinator 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987 HEADQ Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating guest tours and experiences in partnership with internal teams and stakeholders. This role will welcome guests upon arrival, provide clear direction throughout their visit and help deliver a positive and successful first impression that reflects Fastenal's values and our commitment to great customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Coordinating cross functional resources, including scheduling subject matter experts (SMEs), executives, hosts, presenters and accommodations o Planning and managing tour logistics, including meeting space coordination, room setup and teardown and attendee scheduling o Partnering with Marketing and Sales Enablement to support guest experience program communications and awareness efforts o Managing related expenses, catering and inventory of materials o Supporting the scalability of the guest experience program through process development and expansion to additional facilities REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed o Possess at least 1 year of Fastenal work experience OR have 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, education, communications or administration o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Previous experience coordinating crossfunctional teams and aligning multiple schedules to meet business objectives ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers. FULL-TIME BENEFITS: Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this position is $42,000 - 47,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission. | |
