• High school diploma or equivalent(Associate/Bachelor's preferred)
• Previous administrative or assistant experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Handle emails, calls, and last-minute requests
• Greet and assist all visitors, issue badges, and maintain the logbook
