From accurate data analysis to strategic insights, What You Will Do: Provide strategic oversight and leadership in delivering tax advisory and compliance services for client organizations, ensuring regulatory alignment and client value Lead business development efforts, cultivating C-suite relationships, expanding service offerings, and securing new engagements through thought leadership and strategic partnerships. Drive data strategy by championing the integration of advanced analytics and visualization platforms to deliver actionable insights and support executive decision-making. Shape organizational culture by fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across multidisciplinary teams. Oversee complex tax research and insights, translating technical findings into actionable strategies for clients and firm leadership Ensure quality and compliance through high-level review of tax filings and risk management protocols Strengthen client relationships by delivering proactive, high-impact tax solutions and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor Drive a culture of client service excellence, fostering long-term partnerships and consistent engagement Develop and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development Manage project execution and resource allocation, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery Expand market presence by representing the firm at industry events and cultivating new opportunities Maintain technical leadership through ongoing education, regulatory awareness, and internal knowledge sharing Promote thought leadership by authoring publications and leading firm-wide training initiatives Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree or J.D. in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field 14+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public practice of accounting or related public policy (government, corporate tax and public accounting service combined); Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.
