Spireis seeking anEmployee and Labor Relations Specialist to support our Spire TN location in Nashville. This position will be responsible for developing relationships with regional leaders to assist with allareas of Human Resources,including labor relations, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, training and development, performance management, andadditional areas of need. Duties and Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned employee group, providing generalist support across recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management. Essential Characteristics
