This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Senior Software Developer (.Net) Job Description In this position, you will be a Senior Software Developer for RingCX AIWFM (Contact Center Workforce Management) working with product management and engineering leadership on the RingCX AIWFM team. At RingCX, we're building a powerful, yet intuitive contact center platform designed to streamline customer support and communication. Our product goes beyond handling calls-it's focused on creating scalable systems that use AI and automation to reduce call handling times, improve agent workflows, and provide faster resolutions to customer issues. By integrating advanced data analytics, RingCX helps companies prioritize and route inquiries efficiently, ensure that agents have all the necessary context to resolve problems, and automate repetitive tasks, allowing agents to focus on more complex and valuable interactions. This leads to quicker responses, better customer experiences, and reduced operational costs. AIWFM is a collection of back-end components written in C# and running on .NET Core; the front-end is a mixture of legacy ASP.NET C# code behind and jQuery. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in converting the AIWFM front-end components to pure .NET Core, and ultimately converting the existing jQuery-based UI components to React. Our ideal candidate is highly competent, self-motivated, and well-organized. In the systems that we develop, we value code quality, scalability, and platform stability. In our engineers, we value responsibility and flexibility. If you're up for a challenge - we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
