Description Our client is seeking a short-term contract professional to capture and formalize institutional knowledge related to label verification processes. The primary objective of this role is to work closely with a subject matter expert to extract undocumented knowledge and convert it into clear, accurate process documentation and work instructions. This is not a technical role. The work is heavily focused on observation, documentation, validation, and attention to detail within an operational process. Key Responsibilities - Shadow and work directly with an experienced employee to understand the end-to-end label verification process Comparing system data vs. printed label vs. approved specifications Catching subtle issues such as: Truncation, Formatting inconsistencies, Incorrect units or condition, Process background experience - Document current-state workflows into: Process maps, Step-by-step work instructions, Supporting reference documentation, as needed - Ensure documents/product labels are well-organized, version-controlled, and ready for operational use Skills technical documentation, documentation review, Technical writing, loftware Top Skills Details technical documentation,documentation review Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVE: - Strong experience with process documentation, SOPs, or work instructions - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to understand and document operational processes quickly - Comfort performing detailed comparisons across systems and physical documentation - Strong proficiency with desktop and office tools, including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDFs and document markup/review tools - Experience with document control and version management - Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably FDA-regulated - background in product labeling or labeling verification - Experience executing or documenting label verification protocols NICE TO HAVE: - User-level familiarity with Loftware (non-technical; no configuration or development required) Experience Level Expert Level We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
