Senior* Marketing Specialist* Start Date: April 27, 2026 Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626 Shift: Fulltime, daytime (onsite) Workplace Type: Inoffice What You'll Be Doing * Own and optimize digital marketing efforts across PPC, SEO, and lead generation to drive measurable growth * Analyze performance data and translate insights into smarter campaigns, stronger funnels, and better ROI * Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, leadership, and internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion Qualifications * 5+ years of handson digital marketing experience with strong emphasis on PPC and SEO * Proven success generating and optimizing highquality leads in performancedriven environments * Advanced experience with Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear strategy * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have: * Experience in regulated or professionalservices industries (tax, legal, financial services) * Familiarity with CRM systems, calltracking tools, and conversion funnel optimization Why This Role This is a highvisibility opportunity to own marketing strategy endtoend, make a real business impact, and grow with a company that values performance, ownership, and results.
