Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate level student who possesses the desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office product knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • General business experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Motivated to learn


Responsibilities:



  • Conduct prospect research to understand a company's market position and any underlying issues
  • Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and presentation materials
  • Research and report on property specific information related to leasing and/or acquisition pursuits
  • Assist with basic test fits or schematic layouts, suite labeling and stacking plans, updating PDFs or PowerPoint floor plans for marketing
  • some data and administrative support organizing leasing files and deal folders, update internal trackers (in Excel, Salesforce, LeaseLink, etc.)
