The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $84.78 - $109.85 (Hourly Rate). Required Qualifications
This position requires flexibilityto orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical RN experience in a level III Intensive Care Nursery with a surgical patient populationProficiency in providing care for the extreme low birth weight infants and neonates with congenital anomalies such as Pre-Operative Congenital Heart Disease

Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility to orient and work across all UCSF Medical Center locations
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical RN experience in a Level III Intensive Care Nursery (ICN) with a surgical patient population
  • Proficiency in caring for extremely low birth weight infants and neonates with congenital anomalies, including pre-operative congenital heart disease

Licensure and Certifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
  • Current healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
