The Client Service Manager is a manager within the Client Service and Analysis unit. The incumbent will have exposure to all facets of the Client Service Managers' interactions with Clients, the production and analysis of revenue-related data, and will be part of a highly effective team. This position will be the primary liaison between multiple Client accounts and Medical Group Business Services (MGBS). Additional duties will include providing analytic support, problem-solving, and communication on all matters about physician billing needs. The incumbent will interface directly with the Physician and Revenue Cycle Leadership teams to proactively research, identify, communicate, and assist in resolving operational and payor-related trends that impact the Client-specific and overall Professional Revenue Cycle.

Salary Information
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
